I have been getting the walls ready for decorating and there is some very stubborn black stuff on parts of the walls. I think there may have been some industrial cooker used in this area as the house used to be a pub and then a cafe. The previous owner slapped some paint over it but it did not take. I have tried heat and paint stripper on it but it is not shifting. It appears to be bitchem like
