Best way to get this fixing back on

This broke of my bed just wondering the best way to get it back on as the screw's no longer hold into the wood. Any ideas would be great help

I would take one of the old screws to your hardware store, ask them for the same length of screw, however get one size wider. With a drill bit, you may have to increase the inside diameter of the holes in the wooden piece (in your hand) so as to permit the screw to FREELY slide in-and-out of it's homes. DO NOT increase the size of the holes in the bed frame's fascia board!!! I would strongly suggest you also use wood glue. Doing it the way I explained...it won't come too easily again.
