BAXI 105e - FAULT

Hi everyone, need help? my customer has got an baxi 105e combi and the problem is sometimes when you open the DHW tap you get hot water, then when you close it and re-open the tap, you don't get hot water with the burner not firing. when the problem occurs you have to switch the combi on-off to get it fired and get hot water.

If they are your customer then I assume that you are a professional plumber/heating engineer. So why can't you read the manufacturers Instalation Instructions (available on the net if the customer does not possess a copy). As you should know these contain 'Fault Diagnosis Charts' for just such an occasion. Failing your ability to understand these charts then you can always phone up the 'Engineers Help Line' but they may require your 'Gas Safe Registration Number', would this be a problem?
