Artificial snow material?

Apologies in advance if this is posted in the wrong section. Mods feel free to move it to the correct forum.

I bought a simple Christmas house in the store and the artificial snow on the wood is having some missing patched. I would to fill in the patches but I have no clue what material the fake snow is made of. Anyone have any idea how to make it or where to purchase it if available? Below are a couple of photos. The snow feels very soft to the touch.

Craft stores such as Hobby Lobby have spray cans of artificial snow. Just mask off the areas you don’t want covered.
