Armoured telephone cable suggestions?

Hi all, I need some help/ tips recommending suitable armoured external telephone cable. It's to be used for an extension telephone in my office/garage around 25m away. The last two times the cable has been fitted the cable has perished prematurely. I'm running the cable from another extension socket in front room (not the master socket) to my office/ garage down the outside of my house. I've attached a pic of the cable that I'm replacing.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Hi John! I would recommend if possible to install an underground conduit pipe that terminates inside each building so you can pull a standard cat5 wire through with string and it will be heavily protected.
