An Un-Usual Tool for a Common Job

I've been accused by the wife of being a slightly on the hoarding side but I found a use for a tool that I never new the purpose of until I did a little research and it sure works well to install O rings. I acquired the tool in a auction box of miscellaneous as I have many tools.

If I'd been a sheep rancher I'd known immediately the original purpose but I'll keep that a mystery and you can ask a UK sheep rancher and I'll bet half my SS check he will know.

My cousin farms sheep in the mountains of Wales. Since I sometimes help out with shearing, I know that such a tool would bring tears to the eyes if used on a (male) human in its intended purpose.
