Air Bubbles across wall with both roller and paint gun

Currently re-painting our living room and finding these pimple size air bubbles coming up across the entire wall on both sides of the room. Appear within a few minutes of painting with both a roller and paint gun. First image a few minutes after paint and the second after a days drying.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

paint is Leyland Matt emulsion, have previously decorated the room and not had any issue with the same paint.

As you likely will be needing to repaint/refinish, I would try scratching the fresh Leyland paint with your fingernail. Do it in several places. Does the new paint lift off easily everywhere you scratch? If so, it is likely it's chemically rejecting the new paint.
