Are the 28mm pipes coming out of the back of my fireplace(in another room behind an asbestos panel) the only ones that used to feed the Back boiler (Redundant) or will i find more. Water was found in the lower one when i shortened it! (to give better access into the former water cylinder cupboard)
I want to remove said pipes as they are currently housed behind an asbestos panel and then fill the space. They have already been disconnected from the hotwater cylinder (years ago when central heating was put in).
There is no gas issue as this was a back boiler heated by solid fuel (Later Gas fire supply has also been capped by a pro). The boiler was only used for heating water not a heating system.
Any help would be much appreciated

With this type of water only back boiler there are only 2 connections both connected to the hot water cylinder.
