I bought a lovely chrome bottle trap for my little washbasin as there's really no choice but to have the pipes exposed so it may as well look good.
For some reason the design has the outlet from the trap at 30mm whereas standard waste pipe is 32mm.
The trap came with a 180mm piece of lovely chrome pipe that fits the 30mm outlet and tapers to 32mm at the end but I only have about 80mm of space to play with. It's not long enough to go straight through the wall which would have been great and there's no way to get to the middle of the wall to attach a plastic waste.
Can anyone offer advice.. how is this product supposed to be used successfully given the mismatching sizes?
Many thanks
