I own 30ft vs 15ft land in my city. I want to built a 2 storey building on there. I don't need a garage in ground floor.
I want a drawing for my building.
I have a big family. So I need many space. Try to use Minimum size for all things.
I only need bedroom, kitchen, washroom. drawing room. I don't need a Dining room.

Please some Help me. Please Please Please.

What you need is a local architect who is aware of the bulding regs and a host of other information relative to your needs.

Designing and planning a complete house, isn't really a "DIY" project.
