We live in an off-set terrace, which means the neighbours garden backs directly onto the wall of our house (level with kitchen/livingroom). The neighbour wants to put a fence up against the wall, either attached directly to the wall, or on fence posts placed against/close to the wall. My immediate concern would be if this causes a risk of damp build-up. Is this something to be concerned about? Are there any recommendations on this, things to avoid? Thanks for the advice.
