How do I fix this fridge leak?

The top part of my fridge is leaking... what is this part of the fridge? And I know this is a stupid question, but are those reptile eggs or is that what it's supposed to look like... I haven't cleaned this fridge in a LONG time....

Hey farmer, have you found a solution to your fridge leak? I hope you have, i had the same problem a few days ago after getting of holiday were i came home and saw a massive puddle under my fridge. Think its time for me to get a new fridge. lol
