Worchester Bosh 240 Cobi Boiler probelms

Hello to All,

I need some help I have a Worchester Bosh 240 Combi Boiler which has a fault, this being when hot water is turned on the unit fires up but after a short time it makes a lot of noise as it is ready to blow and the pressure goes from 1 bar up to 2 plus an switches off with a lot of burbling noise. I had recently replaced two rads in the house and bled as needed to remove all the air from the system. Any advise would be most welcome.

It could be your heat exchanger is block or has slow flow, the primary circuit is over heating and shutiing the boiler down. Just an idea....
