White roof stains from A/C drain leak

After my A/C unit was replaced the drain pipe was no longer feeding into the gutter and I ended up with white roof stains. Any advice treating these stains ?

I think CLR might be a good product to use if it won't bother the roofing material. CLR is a cleaner for Calcium Lime and I believe Rust, thus the name CLR. You might do a small area test on the roof before attacking the large stained area.
