What is this thing called

I need to fit a thing in a floor panel in a porch for access should it be required to cables.. The "thing" I have in mind is round and flush fitting and there is a round handle bit that flips up to pull the panel up.
Since we no longer have shops with knowledge staff how do you search for something when you don't know what the name of it is?
