Replace uPVC garage panel w brick or cladding?

Hi, looking for some advice around best external cladding type options for our house. We are converting the front of our garage into a downstairs w.c - still need to use garage as a through path to back of garden for machines etc so we will retain the existing uPVC door, but shifting it to far left as seen from front of house (see pic). The 2 other panels will be replaced.

What would people recommend we replace the uPVC with?

Thinking either:
- Bricks - but risk that bricks don't match existing bricks and looks naff?
- uPVC cladding - struggling to visualise this as to how well it would match with rest of house?

Anyone done a similar project and have any advice?
