We are buying a vacation home which has a tenant cottage in the backyard. The yard is completely fenced, and we allow our dogs to play in the yard. What type of lock should we use so that the tenant can gain entrance to the yard, but strangers cannot open the gate (and possibly let the dogs out)? Thanks in advance.
