Karcher pressure washer k2

I'm having problems sourcing a part for my k2 washer mod No 1.673-224.0 ser No 113727
It's the inlet elbow and it has a crack in it.
Has anyone ever managed to repair one ,I was thinking of an incert to bypass the crack.

No ,my part has a square end, I've found one on e bay awaiting delivery
