I hope I'm following the rules, I'm very sorry if not. I'm lost at what to do. I've tried to contact many roofers but people are generally not replying. I had my fascias, soffits, gutters and 1st metre of felt done (fascias and soffits were capped over, and 1st metre of felt was replaced with breathable fabric) last summer, and since then (not before), we are getting two very wet patches and then effloresence on our external walls. It looks to me like water is getting into the cavity but I can't see anything obviously wrong, and was wondering if anyone had any advice about what I can do given that I am unable to find a roofer willing to help?
