USA doesn't allow DiY repair - infact there's a oligopoly. They refuse to sell parts to non-technicians in my area even check ID.
It's not a mistake you can't find it, but your local dealer/repair person representing Carrier likely has the manuals (if you contact Carrier you'll likely be directed to them).
