Dehumidifier Drains

I have a crawlspace dehumidifier that wont drain and just drips from the bottom of the unit. I verified leveling is correct. Puddles near the unit since it is not draining through the hose attached

Have you tried using a condensate pump?

Thanks I purchased one at Home Depot and have a guy coming to look at the main Dehu Tuesday.
