Danfoss Icon 230V Touchscreen Programmable In-Wall Thermostat

Hi There
i have recently fitted the above thermostats to control the downstairs heating, but i am having problems when attempting to set them to come on at various times during the day, the stat has at home, out and night with about 4 different timeing settings when the should come and go off, and that the problem i have worked out the best time and temp for each room but it does not seem to folloe the times i have set it to, so for example it comes on but does not appear to go off at hte when no one is at home,
so does anyone use this system that can offer advice on how to use it
