Cut hole in tiled kitchen surface

We have a kitchen surface with tiles instead of a normal worktop. We have to change the gas hob and the new hob is 1cm bigger than the old hob so I have to cut the tiles in the worktop. How can I do it without cracking the tiles? The kitchen is made on a concrete frame.
