We have a terrible draught in the kitchen in winter and because my house is open plan it’s impossible to heat. The below picture is of a pipe that runs through the floor of my kitchen behind some cupboards next to the sink. Does anyone know if this is what is causing the problem and if it should look like that? thanks for any help.
