What materials come in 2” OD?

I make weight lifting equipment as a hobby, and need to use 2” OD tubing in order to fit Olympic size weights. I’ve been using aluminized exhaust tubing, and it works fairly well. But I was wondering what other options might be out there. Any thoughts on other materials that come in 2” true OD sizes?

Hi,

Aluminium stock holders will have 2" tubing, if you think aluminium will be strong enough. 2" is a standard size.

If you use steel it will be metric, so 50mm - not quite 2" !
