Underfloor Heating

I've just had a concrete floor put in as a conservatory base Long term plan is to install water underfloor heating and tile over. I have found out from various posts about how long screed takes to dry etc but my question is how long do I have to leave the concrete slab (once conservatory roof is on) before I can lay down the insulation and the pipework for the underfloor heating?

Under floor heating has been the best investment I've made
