Suitable Garage Door Lintel????

Hi i am bulding a double garage single skin with pillars steel sheet roof sloping to rear
i'm looking for a lintel to span the 5m garage door. the lintel will support two courses of 9 inch block. can anyone tell me what lintel / steels to use.

You might get away with a 152 x 89 I beam, but really you should get this checked by an engineer. You can get it done online fairly cheaply.
