Siemens Fridge Freezer

Hi, Can anyone offer advice. I have a Siemens american fridge freezer model KA58NA40GB/09E. It is less than two years old and the temperature in the freezer section has dropped. The display panel is set at -22o but the food isnt frozen and the ice maker isnt making ice! Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
