Old home, concrete porch on wood siding…

Hi, I’m looking for advice on how to temporarily seal the area where my porch and wood siding meet. Mom of two and on a budget. Will be tearing off the porch this next spring. But for now, I need to stop the water from seeping in and prevent even further damage to the siding during the winter. Usually in this case I’m assuming one would replace approx 4-6” with pvc trim but I don’t have the time/budget to hire anyone at the moment. What can I do temporarily until spring?!
