Need fixture for F40TTL/850...

So, I found these bulbs for $1. They're great for my needs, except that I can not figure out a fixture that would be able to use them with!
There are plenty of sources for finding bulbs for fixtures; does someone know of a way to do the reverse?
F40TTL/850 base type 2G11 (4 pin) picture included below.
