Greetings for South America!

We got robbed. It's lame, indeed. The thief saw the doors hinges which were outside. So, we tried to put them INSIDE the garage but, here the issue: We have locks on the doors in the garage which maintain the doors closed but you need to be inside to block them, if you do so with internal hinges, you're stuck in the garage because the door cant open at 360 degrees... How can we build internal hinges and in the same time openning the door? I know, my english is pretty messed up, here some pictures:

The doors. Yep, Two of those.

The sawed hinges...They were outside, an easy target.

We tried internal hinges, but it didn't work, of course.

Do you know any ways to protect the hinges and also openning the door from outside?
