Oil furnace problem,

I have a oil furnace, forced hot water system.

I came home to the fan running but the furnace was cold and had low water pressure. When I started the burner I got smoke in the basement. Tonight I cleaned out a load of soot from the firebox.

I am pretty sure I need to replace the nozzle/ cleaner the burner. But how do I re pressurize the system? Anything else I need to do?
