We recently had a 16' x 24' addition added to the back of our main house. We had 10" cement walls poured right up to the old foundation. A cement floor was also poured about a month later. in one of the corners where the old and new foundations meet, there is a leak at the very bottom of the wall (see attached). I'm thinking some hydraulic cement would help, but it seems something needs to be injected further into the wall.
