Ne Circuit Help Please

Trying to create this circuit : Please can you help with any wiring diagrams


Source at lights, both lights controlled by 1 switch and a hot GFCI and an additional receptacle for fridge

I'm not sure what you are asking here.

If you have two lights, with the power source in the ceiling and they are controlled by a wall switch, then you have a switch loop. A switch only interrupts power to the lights.

Now, are you thinking of adding a GFCI and a receptacle for the refrigerator to the switch, then the answer is no, unless there is a Neutral in the switch's box, you cannot extend the circuit.
