Hi Ray. You don't need a large company, all you need is a reg Corgi and or Gas Safe Engineer. Gas safe has I think, taken over from Corgi now. I have a guy that services my system and quite a few of my friends systems. Probably of no use to you as your relative probably does not live in my area. Get your relative to do a search of local reg'd gas enginners, get a quote and make sure he/she explains fully the reason for the inspection. Council office may have such a list of reg'd engineers.
