Help please. Stick wallpaper to plastic

Hi guys

so need some help here, had building work done and the builder covered my central heating pipes with a plastic trunking wallpapered over .

Now the central heating has come on, the adhesive on the wallpaper has failed and pealed off due to the plastic heating up, I need some advice on how to get the wallpaper to stick permanently to the plastic

Any advice would be much appreciated.
