Calor gas question please

Hi there, I am looking for some advice. I moved into my home about 9 years ago, it is supplied with calor gas that is a big tank in a field that supplies the whole estate. I am looking at getting anew gas hob and wondering if it has to be a special type of hob, also if I needed a new boiler in the future, does it have to be a special type as the house is supplied by calor.
