It would likely depend on what make of accessories you want to use. And
any seller may have special offers at any point in time. So make a list
and price it up.

Sorry to tell you this. but if you are proposing complete rewires, this work now comes under part P of the building regs. As such this work is notifiable to the local authority. You will also have to test the installation to their satisfaction.
It would be far easier, and brobably cheaper in the long run to employ a certified electrician.
It is clear from your other post that you are not an electrician, so for safety reasons apart from the regs - don't do it !

You are giving a list of both trade counters and general public sheds on
that list. There is a big difference between the two.

Probably TLC (particularly the T&E).
The trade counters can be cheaper for some specific items,
but usually more expensive for the whole lot IME.

TLC aren't bad generally, but some items can bet bettered.
