Anyone familiar with these? I need to replace mine and I'm hearing that there are at least two types. If I'm going to buy something I might as well go for something that will cover all evetualities - not just burnt toast.

Thanks for this help, fellas. I'm interested to find that, although a dual system would appear to be the logical best (if cost is not a factor), there's only one on the market. Anyway, I'm going for it.
