HVLP sprayer

Just bought an HVLP spraygun to use in my garage. I seem to get a very
fine over spray...almost a foggy appearance in the garage when I use it.
I am spraying acrylic and latex paint. What is the best way to fine
tune the gun so I get no overspray or mist. Thank for your help

Even in engineered applications, the best transfer efficiency possible from
the HVLP is in the order of 90%. If you're coating a lot of
smaller/narrower pieces or casework interiors, then 50% is likely (still
better than the 30% tops from conventional). If the overspray is a problem,
look into filtering it. FWIW. my next shop will include a spraybooth...
