Word correction here. The newer furnace will not bounce off the high limit more
than 3 time and it will lock out a stop. Did you know that ? I did !

Mine will only hit it once! :)
Educate me please.
What's your make and model # that locks out after hitting the limit once?
Once again, I explained that I usually don't bother checking out
flashing codes (read over my reasons). I tend to use my meter and the
schematic.
I don't know why your so FUCKING PISSY.

Bob in all respect:
Next time you're in front of a <10 yr old ICP...smart valve >system...you
better look to see where those two high limit wires connect to.
I did. They're in series with the 2 spill switches, just like I thought.
ICP hasn't used a standard Honeywell (8600) HSI module for quite some
time.
(and even those have a lock out sequence)
I never said they didn't have a lockout sequence.Jesus Christ!! Read the
fucking posts!!!!
I said they don't lockout on limit!!!!!!!!!!
You said I was old school because the all the newer ones do.
I checked .They don't. Not all of them.I proved it.
Yes, the flashing codes can be useful. I admitted that!
Yes, I will check them more often. I admitted that.
You were wrong about all the newer ICP's locking out.
Admit it and move on
Holy ****!
Is Turtle your roomate?
