i bought a shoe rotating pole (it screws poles together and lengthens it from ceiling to floor by having one pole inside another and then screwing it right to tighten , and left to untighten,, i think i overloaded it as now i put one shoe on it and immidiately it starts to untighten itself and fall down,,, i want to know if anyone knows of a way to keep it up ,,, can i put something in the pole to stop it moving when its at correct height ? i know there has to be a way, can any diy ers help me, i'm pretty new to this diy stuff but i really really want it to do its job at the moment its just leaning sadly against the wall
