First off I'm a Welder.... years back I added a 16x23 addition on crawl, old is slab.
I put fiberglass between joists floor much warmer better then nothing, had standing water issue had a few companies that
encapsulate crawlspace I was told had a small amount of mold they said remove insulation the french drain has stopped standing water......
So now in Indiana my flippin floor is COLD AGAIN.
I never thought fiberglass would hold water vapor and mold.
Is spray foam the problem solver or will it also trap moisture.
The Wife is chewing pretty hard on this since it's her kitchen and dining space.
