Unknown TOG values

I have a number of quilts, none of which has a TOG rating anywhere on its label The only information is the filling material composition and the weight [ 200g/m2]. Is there are simple way to determine the TOG value please? Are they all likely to have the same value, given that their filling and weight are all the same?

Manufacturers use a tag meter but I don't think there is a consumer version.

The TOG rating system is based on how much heat resistance an item of clothing (or duvet) has. This is measured by placing a metal plate on one side of the duvet and measuring how much heat is radiated through.
The best way to work out an approximate TOG value would be to find a similar duvet that has already been tested, as the apparatus (a Shirley Togmeter) are expensive.
