All my life I've use a separate primer before painting anything. The newest product that I've been introduced to is Prime and Paint all in one product. Supposedly, it's a dream product where it cuts the painting time significantly.

My opinion is that I would use this product over pre-painted surfaces. Now if I was painting something that is bare, then I would use the proper primer for the surface.

You thoughts?

Hi joshPosh

My opinion - If you want a high quality job, stick to the traditional products, and comply with the information on the can. If you want to take a risk, it's up to you !
