Help with stove connection

Hi,

I have just got a new standalone stove and need to connect the wires.

I disconnected the old one and it had 4 wires to it. Red, Blue, Black, Browb\n

The manual shows only 3 wires for this new one.

I have pix of the wires to the wall, the stove connector and the manul instructions.

I would like to know what wires go where .

I live in the USA , not Australia , so I may be able to help you , just a little bit .

Take a volt - ohm meter & put it on ohms . Put one probe on the metal frame of the stove . Use the other probe to check the screws / wire terminations . The one where you get continuity to the frame of the stove , should attach to the green earth ground .

That is IF some one has not messed up the color code at the other end .

I know how I would connect it here in the USA , but not how you connect it in Australia .
