I have a 12x12" tiles with a crack approximately 12' long, following grout lines and sometimes through the center of tiles. Is this a foundation issue? The room is 15' wide and the tiles are laid straight line. Should I try to replace the cracked tiles, or the whole room?

I had the same issue, although it was just three tiles, and only one small area of grout was affected. It seemed at first like replacing the entire bathroom floor would be easier than just fixing the three tiles. I Youtubed it, and found this video. It's super short but very thorough, it's all I needed to do the job myself, cost me less that $50 and it took me a couple hours. Yours will probably cost a little more and take a little longer, but it's got to be better than replacing all of it. Your room is much bigger than mine! Anyways, here's the video:
