Caster Wheels with key lock

hi everyone! newbie here with a newbie question...

does anyone know if there's such a thing as a caster wheel with a key lock? you see, i want to put a planter outside of the house ton caster wheels so i can move it when i want to. however, i also want to be able to lock it so that it cannot be wheeled away easily.

anyone has any suggestions on this?
